Sailing Days
An unbeatable event, perfect for developing strong team skills within an organisation as it relies on people working together under pressure in a unique situation. It is also designed to:

Together we are able to demonstrate the importance of these skills and facilitate change in a supportive environment. Teams will gain first hand experience on how to sail these 67ft yachts through the expert guidance of qualified crew.
We offer the option of running a 1 day event or building a more comprehensive 2-3 day programme. For the longer event, once the basics of sailing have been mastered, each team must plan a route that they must execute within a certain time frame on the final afternoon.
Each yacht can accommodate 14 delegates, so if your number is over this limit, we will organise multiple boats.
If this is the case, the teams will be challenged to an exercise in the afternoon where points can be scored depending on their nautical ability.
Available to:
Corporate groups or group bookings. Individuals can book into courses where other participants may already be placed.
Locations:
In land sailing on Windermere or off shore sailing from Maryport or Whitehaven.
