Borrowdale Activity Weekend
DAY 1
- Guests arrive at accommodation for evening meal and relax at their leisure at the residents licenced bar.
DAY 2
After breakfast, we depart up the valley for a Mine Exploration followed by Tyrolean Gorge Crossing at Honister Valley after lunch. The whole day is spent on (or under) the mountains.- We then return to base for the evening meal and to discuss the days events. Evening entertainment can include activities on the lawn or Nintendo Wii etc.
DAY 3
After another hearty breakfast, the group head off on an instructor-led Mountain Bike Trek. Routes will depend upon the ability of the riders but we will head off the beaten track to give you the sense of off-road adventure. A packed lunch nis included and can be taken at any time en-route. Our aim is to have you back at base by mid-afternoon.
